Written by the Apostle Paul, these six chapters move from deep spiritual truth to practical daily living—guiding us from identity to action. Let’s walk through it together. Ephesians 1: Chosen, Adopted, Redeemed Paul begins by lifting our eyes to the beauty of God’s plan. Before the world began, God chose us . He adopted us into His family.   A Reflection on Ephesians 4 There are moments in life when we pause and take an honest look at ourselves—how we treat people, how we respond when things don’t go our way, and whether our actions truly reflect the faith we claim to have.
